Pressure-Proof: How to Build a Resilient Mindset for Professional and Personal Success

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Pressure reveals our patterns — but it doesn’t have to define us.  In this session, you’ll learn how to spot your default response to stress and how it may be limiting your performance. You’ll learn how strengths can become blind spots and why even high performers can sabotage their own success. You’ll learn how to build a resilient mindset to stay focused, quiet your inner critic, and lead with clarity whether you’re managing a team, or balancing life’s demands.

Power, Influence, and Persuasion

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Skilled negotiators deploy power, influence, and persuasion (PIP) techniques daily. These techniques are powerful, and science based. They do not require coercion, intimidation or hierarchical authority. They simply require strategic deployment. Once deployed on the unsuspecting target, the brain is triggered, and a quick “yes” is procured. That quick yes is a missed opportunity for MORE. This session is built around a mutually beneficial mindset. We do not support manipulation. We support creating MORE together. More confidence. More trust. More opportunity. More value. Learning objectives include the development and delivery of tools on how to deploy PIP strategically. These tools can defend against unethical manipulators, while also paving the path to creating MORE internally, or externally.
