The 2025 Engineers and Geoscientists BC Annual Conference and AGM will be held at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre located in Vancouver, BC. Guests and delegates will be able to enjoy the many restaurants, attractions, and amenities that Vancouver has to offer.

From Vancouver City Centre Station (Canada Line): 

  • Exit the station onto Granville Street. 
  • Walk south on Granville Street towards Robson Street. 
  • Turn right onto Robson Street and walk west for about 3 blocks. 
  • Turn left on Burrard Street and continue south for 2 blocks. 
  • Sheraton Wall Centre is located on the corner of Helmcken and Burrard Streets. 
Approximate walking time: 10-12 minutes

Nearby bus routes: 004, 007, 010, 016 (These buses travel along Granville Street. Disembark at Howe Street and walk west to Burrard Street. Turn left on Burrard Street.)

From Burrard Station (Expo Line): 

  • Exit onto Burrard Street and walk south about 4.5 blocks. 
  • Sheraton Wall Centre is located on the corner of Helmcken and Burrard Streets.

Accommodations

Special conference delegate rates will be offered by the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in Vancouver, starting from $289 per night, plus taxes and fees. The special conference rate is first-come, first-served and may be sold out before the room block cut-off date. Book early as rooms are expected to sell out!

Parking

A discounted self-parking rate for daytime attendees is available at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre at a daily rate of $15. Vehicles must register at the pay station with the coupon code:
