CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation to your registration must be made via email to the Engineers and Geoscientists BC Conference Team, and will be subject to the cancellation policy as indicated below. 

We will issue refunds for cancellations based on the following: 

  • On or prior to Monday, October 4, 2021, a refund less an administrative fee of $20 will be granted upon receipt of written notification
  • After Monday, October 4, 2021, no refunds and/or credit will be granted. Full program fees will apply.
In exchange for the reduced fee, registrants must accept group discounted fees on a “non-refundable” basis only. If the number of cancellations brings the group size down to a lower discount level, each registrant will be billed the difference between the discounted rate already paid and the next discount level fee.
