*Student pricing is only available for students enrolled in Engineers and Geoscientists BC's Student Program.
After you register, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to your inbox within the hour. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email in your inbox. Receipts will not be available through your Engineers and Geoscientists BC registrant account.
Cancellation Policy:
- Prior to Tuesday, September 27, 2022, 5:00 PM Pacific Time, a refund (less an administrative fee of $20) will be granted upon receipt of written notification. To cancel your registration, email conference@egbc.ca.
- After Tuesday, September 27, 2022, 5:00 PM Pacific Time, no refunds or credits will be granted.
- Group registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute a colleague to take your place at no additional charge. Simply email us at conference@egbc.ca at least 48 hours before the conference start date to notify us of the substitution. Please note that, as the conference date approaches, Engineers and Geoscientists BC reserves the right to cancel your group’s registration if the minimum number of participants for a group registration has not been met.

Single-Day Conference Package (Wednesday or Thursday):
- 4 live conference sessions, including 1 featured keynote
- (Wednesday) Up to 18 CE Hours: live presentations (4 CE Hours), breakout session recordings (12 CE Hours), keynote presentation (1 CE Hour), and keynote recording (1 CE Hour)
- (Thursday) Up to 22 CE Hours: live presentations (4 CE Hours), session recordings (16 CE Hours), keynote presentation (1 CE Hour), and keynote recording (1 CE Hour)

**Please note, all breakout session recordings will be available on-demand until January 31, 2023 unless otherwise specified. Keynote sessions will only be available on-demand until November 30, 2022.
GROUP DISCOUNTS
We are pleased to offer a group discount for three or more registrants from the same organization. Registrants of the same group are required to purchase the same package at the time of registration. The more attendees you have and the earlier (take advantage of early bird pricing) you register, the more you save!
To take advantage of our group discount, each registrant must register individually and pay through our online registration portal after receiving their unique discount code. Discount codes can be requested by emailing conference@egbc.ca. The discount code is valid for 2 weeks after being issued.
