Full payment must be received to gain entry to the Conference. Please note that payments must be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Cash is not accepted. 

Only registered Attendees may attend Conference. Each Attendee must be registered. The sharing of a single registration among multiple individuals, including the sharing of live stream package and/or streaming with non-registered Attendees, is strictly prohibited.

Registration confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration check out process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact the Engineers and Geoscientists BC at conference@egbc.ca. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific time.

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to Engineers and Geoscientists BC at conference@egbc.ca. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Our Attendee refund policy is outlined below.

• Prior to Monday, September 25, 2023, 5:00 PM Pacific Time, a refund (less an administrative fee of $50) will be granted upon receipt of written notification. To cancel your registration, email conference@egbc.ca.
• After Monday, September 25, 2023, 5:00 PM Pacific Time, no refunds or credits will be granted.
• Group registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute a colleague to take your place at no additional charge. Simply email us at conference@egbc.ca, at least 48 hours before the conference start date, to notify us of the substitution. Please note that, as the conference date approaches, Engineers and Geoscientists BC reserves the right to cancel your group’s registration if the minimum number of participants for a group registration has not been met.
• Conference refunds approved by Engineers and Geoscientists BC will be issued back to the original payment form. Credit card payments will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
• Failure to attend the conference does not qualify an individual to a refund.
• If an Attendee becomes ill, requiring them to cancel after the no refund deadline, accommodations may be made to provide the live streaming access. Engineers and Geoscientists BC will not refund any difference in cost between the Conference in-person and live stream registrations.

Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the Conference start date and, in certain cases, on-site. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution. 

Due to the nature of the 2023 Engineers and Geoscientists BC Annual Conference and AGM live stream program, substitutions are not permitted for the live stream program of the Conference once the platform is live and credentials have been issued.
