Only registered Attendees may attend Conference. Each Attendee must be registered. The sharing of a single registration among multiple individuals, including the sharing of live stream package and/or streaming with non-registered Attendees, is strictly prohibited.
Registration confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration check out process. If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to Engineers and Geoscientists BC at conference@egbc.ca. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Our Attendee refund policy is outlined below.
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the Conference start date and, in certain cases, on-site. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution.
Due to the nature of the 2023 Engineers and Geoscientists BC Annual Conference and AGM live stream program, substitutions are not permitted for the live stream program of the Conference once the platform is live and credentials have been issued.
