Engaged employees frequently report that they understand what is expected of them, are empowered to make decisions as their skills improve, and receive feedback when they have done a good job and when they have not.

Whether you’re an experienced leader or just starting to grow your influence, this session will offer practical tools and hands-on activities that empower leaders to communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and drive performance through meaningful dialogue.   

This interactive workshop will equip participants with the skills and confidence to engage in productive, two-way conversations that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and accountability.
