If I purchase the in-person packages, do I get access to the online content too?
Yes, all in-person packages include on-demand recordings (subject to presenters' consent) until January 31, 2026.
If I purchase the live stream package, can I access a day of the in-person conference?
No, if you would like to attend the conference in-person, please purchase an in-person package.
How do I register my group for a group discount for conference?
Information about group discounts can be found on the registration page. Please note that group discounts apply to all in-person registration packages (Two-Day Conference or Single-Day options only). It is not applicable to the live stream package.

What if I attend in-person and can’t attend all sessions?
On-demand recordings will be made available post conference for any sessions that you may have missed. Please note that on-demand recordings (subject to presenters' consent) will be available until January 31, 2026.

Exhibitors do not get access to watch the continuing education sessions unless they have registered as an attendee.

Is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) free to attend?
Yes, the AGM is free to attend. All registrants are encouraged to attend and participate in the AGM. Students and members of the public are welcome to attend as observers. The AGM will be conducted using a hybrid format, allowing registrants to attend online or in-person in Vancouver, BC. For more information, please visit our website.
How do I register for the pre-conference workshop?
The pre-conference workshop can be added on to your conference registration. Seats are limited for the workshop and pre-registration is required. The pre-conference workshop will not be recorded. Event ticket sold separately.
What is the Welcome Networking Event?
Join us as we kick off the start of conference at our Welcome Networking event! Taking place on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, it’ll be a fun evening to mingle with your colleagues and connect with other established and emerging leaders in the professions.
