The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity for registrants to hear from the Board and senior staff on the organization’s strategic progress, key initiatives, and financial standing. It also provides an opportunity for registrants to participate in self-regulation by bringing forward motions for the consideration of the Board.

All registrants are encouraged to attend and participate in the AGM. Students and members of the public are welcome to attend as observers.

This year's AGM will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM Pacific time. The AGM will be conducted using a hybrid format, allowing registrants to attend online or in-person in Vancouver, BC.
