What if I attend in-person and can’t attend all sessions?

On-demand recordings will be made available post conference for any sessions that you may have missed. Please note that on-demand recordings (subject to presenters' consent) will be available until January 31, 2025.

No, if you would like to attend the conference in-person, please purchase an in-person package.

When will I get access to the online content?

On-demand recordings will be made available post conference, this will be communicated on our website and via email. Please check back post conference for more information. Please note that on-demand recordings (subject to presenters' consent) will be available until January 31, 2025.

How do I register my group for a group discount for conference?

Information about group discounts can be found on this page. Please note that group discounts apply to all in-person registration packages (Two Day Conference or Single Day options only). It is not applicable to online/virtual registration packages.

Is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) free to attend?

Yes, the AGM is free to attend. All registrants are encouraged to attend and participate in the AGM. Students and members of the public are welcome to attend as observers. The AGM will be conducted using a hybrid format, allowing registrants to attend online or in-person in Vancouver, BC. For more information, please visit our website.
